Our 6-month program is built around six powerful workshops designed to introduce youth to real estate and financial literacy in a clear, accessible, and practical way. Each session offers hands-on learning, expert guidance, and real-world insights.

Program Launch
On October 28th, 2023, Youth Rising Estate officially launched its first training workshop — a powerful milestone in our mission to empower youth through real estate and financial education.
We welcomed 10 motivated participants, offering them hands-on learning through engaging sessions led by experienced professionals. They explored essential topics in real estate and finance, building both practical skills and long-term confidence.

Our Flagship Program
The Educational Cohort
A 6-month intensive program designed for small groups of 10 youth (ages 14–21), meeting one Saturday per month.
- It covers two key pillars
- Financial Literacy: savings, credit, budgeting, investments
- Real Estate Basics: buying, renting, flipping, mortgages
Each cohort benefits from mentorship, practical workshops, and personalized support. We’re proud to currently be running our second cohort, a reflection of our community’s growing engagement.

Sports Program
We are developing a dedicated program for young athletes and sport-studies students, in partnership with schools and sports organizations.
The goal? Equip youth who are highly invested in their sport but not financially prepared for their future.

- Avoid common financial pitfalls in the sports world
- Learn investment basics, money discipline, and sustainable wealth building
Conferences & School Events
To reach more teens, we offer educational conferences in high schools and youth centers
